How to Order
We have tried to make our order process as simple as possible.
If you wish to order a product or range of promotional products please give one of our trainned sales team a call on 0800 084 2424.
They will give you a quote on the product you have chosen and give you the priniting options etc available. Once the quote has been accepted then the sales team will create the sales order paperwork which will be sent to you for your confirmation and signature to start the work.
Once we have the sales order signed we will then move on to artwork. A member of our design team will contact you to either get your completed artwork or to start the design process and come up with a finished design.
Once you are happy with the design we will send it to you on a sign off sheet which will need to be signed before production can commence. Once our design team has a signed design proof then we will go a head and send the item(s) to be manufactured.
Please note: our lead times our based on the date we recieve a signed design proof. So if you have a fixed date that you need your products for please make sure that artwork is not delayed.
After your products have gone into production we will keep you informed throught your order and then once the product(s) have been delivered we will give you a call to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
